Return & Refund Policy

At Integria Business Consultancy, we value the trust you place in us and are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet your business needs.

Because our services are personalized, strategic, and time-based, we do not offer returns once work has been initiated or completed. However, we do provide the following assurances:

  1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

    • If you are not satisfied with the initial draft or output of a service (such as a curated plan, strategy, or design), you may request reasonable revisions within the agreed scope.

  2. Refunds

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.

    • Refunds will only be granted if no substantial work has been delivered or if services have not yet commenced.

    • Once a service has been initiated, fees paid are considered non-refundable.

  3. Cancellations

    • Clients may cancel a service before work begins. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

    • For ongoing services (such as weekly or monthly retainers), cancellations require 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

  4. Exceptions

    • No refunds will be given for completed projects, approved outputs, or services already rendered.

    • Customized services (such as strategy creation, operations setup, or training programs) are non-refundable once delivered.
