Payments

  • All services must be secured with payment according to the agreed contract or proposal.

  • Payments can be made through bank transfer, GCash, or other approved methods provided by Integria Business Consultancy.

  • For ongoing or weekly services, payment must be settled before scheduling posts, campaigns, or consultancy sessions.

  • Delays in payment may result in the suspension of services until the account is settled.

Delivery

  • Delivery of services will follow the agreed project timeline, scope, and milestones outlined in the service agreement.

  • For consultancy, strategy, and system setup services: outputs (documents, reports, or presentations) will be delivered digitally via email or cloud storage.

  • For creative services (social media, photoshoots, websites, designs): timelines will be coordinated with the client, and final files will be provided in digital format unless otherwise specified.

  • Turnaround times may vary depending on project size and client response times.

Revisions & Adjustments

  • Each service includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the agreement. Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

  • Final approval from the client will mark the completion of delivery.
