Payments
All services must be secured with payment according to the agreed contract or proposal.
Payments can be made through bank transfer, GCash, or other approved methods provided by Integria Business Consultancy.
For ongoing or weekly services, payment must be settled before scheduling posts, campaigns, or consultancy sessions.
Delays in payment may result in the suspension of services until the account is settled.
Delivery
Delivery of services will follow the agreed project timeline, scope, and milestones outlined in the service agreement.
For consultancy, strategy, and system setup services: outputs (documents, reports, or presentations) will be delivered digitally via email or cloud storage.
For creative services (social media, photoshoots, websites, designs): timelines will be coordinated with the client, and final files will be provided in digital format unless otherwise specified.
Turnaround times may vary depending on project size and client response times.
Revisions & Adjustments
Each service includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the agreement. Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.
Final approval from the client will mark the completion of delivery.
